“ We made a reservation in advance for a family meal and were shown to a private room. The private room had a beautiful view and was quiet. For the meal, we ordered the 7,000 won course set menu, and I was worried that the portions would be small, but the portions were so large that we couldn't finish them all, and the food was delicious. It may have been a busy time, but there was no explanation of the types of sashimi, tempura, etc., so it might have been better if they had. Also, when we arrived towards the end, the staff were hurriedly clearing away, perhaps because they were concerned about the closing time, so I would have liked them to be a little more patient. ”

“ It's the last Friday evening of 2025, four days left in 2025. My beloved friend and I are at Sujeonggung Hoetjip, a restaurant with a beautiful view at the end of Gwangalli Beach. This is my first visit since I used to visit it when it was in an alley in Minrak-dong. The abalone porridge before the meal is savory, boiled with crab. The sea cucumber sashimi is a standout, a perfect appetizer. It really whets my appetite. True to its Korean-style sashimi style, the main dish, a cold dish, arrives right away. Just hearing the name brings to mind the heart-fluttering stone flounder (ishigari). A light dip in soy sauce brings a rich, savory, and clean oiliness that feels incredibly luxurious. Sea cucumber entrails, flounder fins, yellowtail scallop meat, and large rockfish, along with a clear, catfish stew, showcase the essence of the sea. Without Tuesday 41, it's a steamed bun without red bean paste. The braised red sea bream is Korean-style, with a touch of gochujang in soy sauce. The flounder is, of course, delicious. There's a big flounder in the aquarium. It's a really great night with friends at the end of the year. ”

“ This is the best restaurant for seafood, especially sashimi. It's located right in the middle of Busan's popular night view area in recent years. The night view of the illuminated Bay Bridge (or something like it) from the window is spectacular; it's worth the trip just for that. Reservations are essential, especially on weekends. I ordered the course, and while the abalone and octopus sashimi that came out first were delicious, the main course was four kinds of fillets of white fish, wrapped in lettuce and sesame leaves and topped with kimchi and spicy miso. Huh? This is the same way you eat yakiniku, and it's exactly the same. However, the kimchi had been washed and was paired with the mild sashimi. So, I tried the Busan-style sashimi. First of all, the sashimi was incredibly fresh. I heard there's a fishery facility behind the restaurant, and the fish were apparently alive just moments before. It's no wonder it was delicious. Just like with the grilled meat, wrapping the meat in lettuce was a lot of fun as I got to find my favorite way to wrap it. Also, the simmered kinki (or something like that) fish was so delicious it was almost shocking. The course also included traditional Japanese nigiri sushi, tempura, and fried oysters, so it was a restaurant where you could really enjoy seafood. I'd like to go again if I have the chance. ”
